Cancellation Rights
(Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Physical Goods
If you purchase a physical item from us, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.
Once cancellation is requested, you then have 14 days to return the item.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Digital Downloads
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:
The digital content may be made available to you immediately
Once the download begins or the file is supplied, your right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period ends (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 37)
Refunds cannot be provided once digital content has been delivered.
Services, Consultancy & Bespoke Work
You have the right to cancel a service within 14 days of purchase unless you ask us to begin work immediately.
By agreeing that work may start before the cancellation period ends:
You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once work has begun
Refunds cannot be offered for work already completed or deliverables already provided
If you cancel after work has commenced but before delivery, we may charge for work completed up to that point
If any concerns arise during your project, we will work with you to resolve them wherever possible.
