Do you work internationally?

Yes — many of our services are suitable for remote or international clients. While some clinical content is specific to the UK system, themes such as human factors, CPD development, resilience, reflection, course design, and educational consultancy are universally transferable.

What are the Greenwell Guides?

The Greenwell Guides are practical, content-rich companions designed to support learning and professional development. Each guide blends educational insight, real-world practicality, and clear, accessible language.

Are the guides suitable for students?

Yes — absolutely. Many guides are written with both learners and qualified professionals in mind, supporting coursework, CPD, confidence building, and clinical decision-making.

How do I receive my digital products?

Digital guides are delivered instantly via download link once your order is complete. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with access to your files.

Can I get a refund for a digital download?

Because digital items cannot be “returned,” refunds are not available once a file has been sent or downloaded. If you have difficulty accessing your download, we’ll always work to resolve the issue quickly.

Physical Products & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we primarily ship within the UK, but international orders may be possible upon request. Please contact us to discuss options.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days (including photos where possible). We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a physical product?

Yes. If you change your mind, you can return physical items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused and in their original, sellable condition.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item and will be issued via your original payment method.

Consultancy & Bespoke Work

What does consultancy include?

Our consultancy services support organisations with CPD systems, training quality, educational governance, human factors, course design, and bespoke learning solutions.

Do you offer refunds for consultancy or bespoke projects?

Refunds are not available once work has begun or once any deliverables have been sent, as projects are custom-made for each client.
If an issue arises, we will always work collaboratively to resolve it.

How do I book a consultancy session or bespoke package?
