3. Orders & Payments
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.
4. Shipping & Dispatch
  • Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24 post, usually within 2 working days.
  • As Greenwell MEC operates alongside clinical shifts, occasional dispatch delays may occur. If you require delivery within a specific timeframe, please contact us before ordering.
5. Returns & Refunds
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
  • Digital/downloadable products (e.g. e-guides) are non-refundable once accessed.
  • Refunds for consultancy services  (if applicable) will be subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of agreement.
6. Liability
  • Greenwell MEC resources are provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
  • They are not a substitute for formal training, governance, or statutory guidelines.
  • Greenwell MEC accepts no liability for clinical decisions made in practice — practitioners remain responsible for working within their scope of practice, training, and organisational policies.
