Refunds and Returns Policy

At Greenwell MEC, we want you to feel confident and supported when you purchase from us. This policy outlines how refunds and returns work for our physical products, digital downloads, and consultancy or bespoke services, in line with UK consumer law.

1. Physical Products (Greenwell Guides & Printed Resources)

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a physical product purchased online, you have:

  • 14 days from receiving your order to request a return

  • A further 14 days to send the item back

To receive a full refund, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original, sellable condition

  • Returned with any included packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible. We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund upon return

Faulty items are refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Digital Products (Downloads & E-Resources)

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds cannot be offered once a file has been sent or downloaded.

By purchasing a digital product, customers agree that:

  • Access may be provided immediately

  • Their right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period ends once the download begins

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, we will of course resolve this promptly.

3. Consultancy, Bespoke Work & Educational Design Services

Refunds are not available for consultancy or bespoke services once:

  • Work has begun, or

  • Any materials, drafts, or deliverables have been sent

This is because each project is tailored specifically to the client.

However, if an issue arises with your project, we will always work collaboratively to resolve it and ensure the final outcome meets the agreed brief.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed using the original payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days.
